Cerulean Hotel - Klamath Falls

The ADA room was spacious and comfortable.

The room was clean and for the money was a good buy. The breakfast and breakfast venue were excellent. The staff was friendly and easy to work with.

To make matters worse, the desk chair is not made for bigger people, what a letdown. I expected something substantial after suffering through that. Such a shame, I almost gave a good review, yet I just couldn't.

All fine, but ADA room comfort

Carla's attentive service when I checked in was particularly reassuring after a long day of travel. The cleanliness of my room added to the overall comfort of my visit.

A car is needed to access the main shopping and restaurant area.

the hotel was upgraded, and fairly clean, and the location was particularly good to crater lake. the room was upgraded, offered useful things, such as a microwave and a fridge. location: the property was adjacent to downtown and the water, klamath falls, oregon, and good restaurants within walking distance. found a place called the waffle hut, set near the hotel, ate there a few times.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were uncooperative.

Our stay there was very good. Excellent value, room was huge, staff were efficient. We got a room with a bathtub. It had great restaurant.

The air conditioning is ineffective on warm days!!! The lack of local TV channels limits entertainment options, and those desk chairs are definitely not made for everyone!!!

made reservations for 1 room, 2 queen beds, room only had one bed. My husband had to sleep sitting up in a chair. Called to get an extra bed, could not accomodate. Also called to see if we could get an extra pillow or blanket for him, also could not accomodate. The carpet had stains on it-gross! we paid for two nights but only stayed one because I was not about to sleep like that again. Very disappointed with lady at reservation desk as well as lack of consideration for a paid traveler.

The exterior of the hotel was disappointing and felt cold. The room also had a musty smell, likely from past cigarette smoke. It lacked hangers in the closet.

The Double Queen Room ADA was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is well-kept, and the staff was friendly. I particularly enjoyed the safe environment with night-time security. And a restaurant on-site was a fantastic convenience!

The friendly staff made my check-in seamless during a late arrival, and the on-site dining was a good surprise, offering an excellent menu to choose from!

The noise insulation between rooms was poor, which occasionally disrupted my sleep, especially when neighbors were active early in the morning.
